ZOHA EHSAN
AI & Data Engineer
Zoha Ehsan is a data analyst at Ten Ten Ten, supporting analytics efforts that turn complex healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. She draws on her training in statistics, data visualization, survey analysis, and tools including Power BI, SQL, Python, SPSS, and R.
Zoha previously worked as a marketing and data analytics intern at SheDrives, building KPI dashboards, analyzing customer behavior, and preparing reports. She is completing a BS Honors in Statistics at Government College University, Lahore.
ABUZAR MUHAMMAD
Software Engineer
Abuzar is a software engineer specializing in healthcare technology, telehealth infrastructure, and geospatial systems. He designs scalable, HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant platforms for major U.S. healthcare networks, including EMR systems, patient portals, psychology management tools, and case management solutions.
His work helps care teams deliver secure digital healthcare at scale. He also builds GIS and 3D geodata platforms for visualization, mapping, analysis, and exploration of complex geographic datasets and large-scale spatial workflows for technical and clinical applications.
NIAMATULLAH ATIF
Web Developer
Atif is responsible for maintaining and improving Ten Ten Ten’s website, ensuring it remains reliable, secure, and high-performing. He manages updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements that support the organization’s mission and strengthen its digital presence.
He has been a WordPress Developer for International Patient Facilitators and a Frontend Web Developer for Mamurjor IT.
Atif has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sonargaon University.
ALEC WALSH
Research & Writer
Alec Walsh is a researcher and writer at Ten Ten Ten, where he supports data-driven efforts to improve health outcomes and reduce costs across the U.S. healthcare system. His work focuses on translating complex data into clear insights that help identify, validate, and scale high-impact solutions.
Previously, Alec worked across the Americas in sectors including construction, mining, and public policy, developing a strong foundation in systems thinking and problem-solving. Alec earned his B.A. in International Relations and M.A. in Sustainability from Stanford University and works fluently in both English and Spanish.
