OUR WORK

Our Certification Process

A mark you can trust: proof that a healthcare product, procedure, or service improve health, lower total cost, and help fix the U.S. system.

Proof of value

Healthcare is crowded with promises. Buyers struggle to tell which solutions truly make people healthier versus those which simply add cost or complexity.

Ten Ten Ten Certification separates signal from noise. We verify, with transparent criteria and independent review, that a solution delivers measurable health impact, net savings, and system‑level improvements. If it moves the nation toward Top Ten outcomes and Ten Percent of GDP, it earns the mark.

What we certify

Real-world healthcare solutions including

Three measurement pillars

Health outcomes

Does it measurably improve patient health—recovery, function, quality of life—or prevent avoidable harm and disease progression? Are effects durable?

Net financial impact

Does the solution reduce total cost of care after fees and implementation? Who pays, who benefits, and is the revenue model aligned with savings and outcomes?

Equity

Solutions must ensure prompt, legally compliant access for the intended population or defined subgroup, tracked through wait times, panel availability, NPS/CES, grievances, and completion rates.

Equity is built in. We require stratified results (race/ethnicity, income, geography, disability) and reward documented gap-closing; significant inequities can cap certification level.

What counts as proof

We welcome rigorous evidence, including:

Bottom line: show us the net effect—better health and lower spend, with methods strong enough to reproduce.
